With over 50 years in business I think I can safely say we’ve been through the highs and lows in the Irish property market. At Gunne, we believe self-improvement is a life long process which is why we are dedicated towards constantly improving our service. Our staff is recognized by management as an enormously valuable asset and we believe in investing in our people through registered courses and on the job practical training. We have also introduced a state-of-the-art IT system in 2007 which has allowed us to rapidly improve the quality of our marketing management and efficiently match customers and properties. I am proud to say we have a dedicated marketing team who support the sales team with creative marketing ideas, advertising and production solutions.

Gunne Residential, established in 1956 is a leading firm of estate agents and valuers. Gunne has built its reputation over the last 50 years and is best known for its expertise in the sale of residential property, country homes and land sales. The firm has become one of Ireland's widely recognised and most progressive estate agencies. To this day it continues to be run as a small private company with a very experienced and dedicated staff.

A management buyout in 2006 provided an exciting opportunity for the company to build on the brand and develop innovative ways to face the challenges of the property market for the next 50 years.

The flagship headquaters is located at 176 Pembroke Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4. Our elegant auction room and adjoining private meeting rooms provide a stylish and comfortable environment for both vendors and potential purchasers on auction day.
